MacOrtho’s PGY5 residents attended the 7th Annual Orthopaedic Resident Review in Reconstructive Surgery Course. This course, hosted by Canada Medical Education (CME), was held at the Four Points by Sheraton in Mississauga from January 18th to January 20th, 2018.
This comprehensive course was designed to provide orthopaedic residents with aspects of orthopaedic reconstructive management. In addition to the lectures, the course also included case-based learning sessions, creating a dynamic learning environment. Additionally, residents had the opportunity to take part in mock OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) with immediate feedback and grading provided by renowned faculty members. This course provided participants with a comprehensive review of the relevant knowledge of current orthopaedic reconstructive management.
